Shipping Policy 

Within the UK, shipping is £4.99 for orders totalling £49.99 and under, and is free for orders totalling £50 and over.

For the rest of the world, we send all items by Tracked Royal Mail post or a courier service, so the shipping cost is a little higher. However, it is a more secure service then standard mail. Delivery times for outside of the UK can vary depending on customs, etc. You will be sent a tracking number on despatch so you can follow your item's progress.

Pre-Ordering

We aim to be as accurate as possible with our 'ship by' dates but they are subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

When adding a pre-order item to any order which includes an in-stock item, we will wait until all items are available before shipping everything together.

When adding a pre-order or multiple pre-order items to any order which includes an in-stock item, we will wait until the last pre-order item is available before shipping everything together. This is to reduce the need to have to pay shipping more than once.

Refunds/Returns

If you cancel your order prior to shipment, then you will be refunded the full amount including any shipping charges. Please note that it can take 5 working days for the funds to appear back in your bank account, this is something we have no control over. 

If your item has already shipped, then you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item to us (at your cost), we can then refund the cost of the item but not the original shipping cost.

Duty/Customs

If you live in the UK there will be no duty/charges added to your order.

For orders shipped outside of the UK, we will always aim to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. Customers in Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and the USA will have duties and customs charges paid in advance through our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.

Customers in other countries may be required to pay customs duties, taxes or import fees when their order arrives in the destination country. Important Update for EU Customers

From 1 July 2026, new EU customs regulations mean that a €3 duty per item now applies to orders shipped from outside the EU, including from the UK. We will collect this amount at checkout.
