Pre-Order FAQs
When will my order arrive?
There will be an estimated despatch date on the product page and in your order history. However, this date is not set in stone and will be subject to change. If the arrival date changes by a significant amount, we shall email you to let you know.
Will my entire order arrive at the same time?
When you place a pre-order, we wait until all items are in stock to send them as one package, to save you paying multiple shipping fees. For example, if you have ordered 5 items with 1 currently in stock, 2 due to arrive in October, and 2 due to arrive in November, we will wait until the November items have arrived before shipping all items.
Will I be notified when my order is on its way?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number once it is despatched.
What do I do if I want to edit or cancel my order?

If I place an order with both pre-orders and in-stock items, what happens if an item goes out of stock before my pre-order arrives?
When you place an order, all items on your order will be ringfenced, meaning they are allocated to your order and cannot then be sold to someone else.
